NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Monday, December 22, 2025 – 6:00 PM Council Chambers, 

305 Main Street, Mabton, WA 98935 

GENERAL ITEMS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Mabton City Council will hold a special meeting at the date, time, and location stated above, in accordance with RCW 42.30.080.

Business to be considered includes the following:

1. Approval of meeting minutes for:
   • June 24, 2025
   • September 9, 2025
   • November 25, 2025
   • December 9, 2025
2. Consideration of a resolution approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters Local 760.
3. Consideration of Ordinance No. 2025-1206, amending the City of Mabton 2025 Fiscal Year Budget due to changes in expenditures and revenues of various funds.
4. Consideration of Ordinance No. 2025-1203, adopting the City of Mabton budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

No other business will be conducted.
