The City of Mabton and Yakima County Fire District 5 operate a fire station staffed by volunteers and led by Mabton Fire Chief Luke Cussins.
The Mabton Fire Department is an all volunteer department that responds to just over 100 calls per year.
We currently have 9 volunteers who give of their time, talents, and training to serve the residents and neighbors of Mabton. These same volunteers also serve the surrounding county area as volunteers with Yakima County Fire District #5.
