Arturo De La Fuente

Councilmember Arturo De La Fuente was born in Texas and relocated to Mabton, Washington at an early age. He was raised in Mabton, and went to school K-12 in Mabton public schools. After graduating from Mabton High School Arturo went overseas for 18-months. After that he worked on a farm in the lower valley and then he was hired to work for the City of Mabton. Arturo worked for the city for 27 years and then retired. He has been a volunteer firefighter for the past 28-years for the City of Mabton Fire Department. In his leisure time Arturo enjoys hunting and fishing.
